Mythic - Demystified
Mythic Accounting arose from the ongoing need of businesses - small businesses and its individuals - to gain more than tick box accounting.
The need exists for a mythical accountant, who not only completes the compliance matters with routine precision. But can also see the bigger picture, the uniqueness, the magic - and experienced enough to deliver these complex concepts into comprehendible insights.
We seek to keep the core values of accounting alive - but forgo the blackened shackles and white paper forms - and break free into a world of colourful insights, adding magic to businesses.
Everyone has to start their story somewhere - we have started, and so can you.
My Story
My name is Jamie Jones, Founder of Mythic Accounting -
and I am here to find bespoke solutions to your biggest problems.
I approach the world differently, always have, always will. Underneath the hair, and the beard, lies a passion for problem solving.
For many years I solved the problems that others can't, created systems and refined processes, breakdown the complex into the comprehendible. With unique perspective, I find answers that are hidden in plain sight.
A practitioner of accounting and computer programming. A lover of puzzles, numbers, and logic. I will never be an artist on a canvas - my craft is in problem solving.
Complex standards, data analysis, insights, and more - I find the flaws, the gaps, the errors, and I fix them.
Beyond the logic lies a deeper desire. A desire to help and support. To use my insight to benefit others in their journey. To point in the right direction, to explain the steps needed to get from A to B. To give fact driven answers. This is what fuels me (along with a few coffees).
